Your medication is dispensed by DOSE GB, the pharmacy division of Burlington Pharma Ltd — a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy operating under a valid MHRA Wholesale Dealer Authorisation. This means they are regulated by the same bodies that govern every legitimate pharmacy in the UK — the General Pharmaceutical Council for professional standards, and the MHRA for the safe handling and supply of medicines.
We selected DOSE GB based on a thorough due diligence process covering their regulatory standing, their experience with the medicines we prescribe, and their ability to deliver a service that meets our clinical and patient safety standards.
Your medication arrives in discreet, plain packaging. Delivery is tracked. Your prescription is issued by your BCC prescriber and sent directly to DOSE GB — you do not need to do anything to arrange it.

Your blood tests are processed by Randox, an accredited clinical laboratory with a network of collection points across the UK and Ireland. Blood testing for a remote weight management service only works if patients can actually get to a collection point — which is why the strength of our partner’s network was a key factor in our decision.
Randox laboratories are UKAS-accredited to ISO 15189, the same standard NHS pathology labs are held to.
For your first blood test, your consultation type — Initial Consultation + Investigation or Initial Consultation with your own results — was confirmed when you booked. From your second test onwards, all quarterly blood tests are arranged through Randox as part of your ongoing care.
